What it is

This pack helps support teams turn incoming customer messages into faster, better-informed responses and turns feedback into operational priorities. Claude gathers the order or account context, drafts a reply in your tone, and highlights the issues that are creating repeat tickets. The benefit is shorter response time, fewer avoidable escalations, and clearer insight into what to fix next to improve retention.

When to use it

  • A complaint just landed and you need to respond well, fast.
  • A customer is asking "where's my order?" or requesting a refund.
  • You want to know how customers are feeling across every channel.

How to use it

  1. 1Say a trigger like "answer this customer", "where's my order?", "draft a refund response", or "how are customers feeling?"
  2. 2Claude pulls order/refund status and account history, then drafts a tone-matched reply.
  3. 3Approve the reply (and any refund) — refunds only go out with your explicit sign-off.

How to install a Cowork plugin

  1. 1Download the .zip below and unzip it — inside you'll find the plugin file and an installation guide.
  2. 2Open the Claude desktop app (Cowork) and start a new chat.
  3. 3Click the + (attach) button and add the .plugin file — it appears with a PLUGIN badge.
  4. 4Type "install this plugin" and send the message. (The install preview only appears after you send.)
  5. 5On the preview, click Install. Every skill in the pack loads at once.
  6. 6Say a trigger phrase (e.g. "close the month"). When a skill needs a tool, Claude prompts you to connect it via Settings → Connectors.
